Quakers in the World

The government has funded a significant training programme for prisons and probation services to develop restorative justice. The concern we have from past experience is that the training will be good but the application of it not as focused and therefore another lost opportunity. Let's hope this will not happen this time. with the Thames Valley partnership responsible for the developmental work I expect that the application will be more focused this time. Here's hoping!

If the purpose is to facilitate people solving their own problems, it will be well focused. Just sayin'.
